I want to return an order for a refund or exchange. Can I do this? If so, to where do I return the order? |

| Due to the intimate nature of underwear, state health regulations prevent us from accepting worn or "tried on" product for return or exchange. Only un-worn garments in their original packaging (including hang tags) can be returned. The exception to this is bras. Bras can be tried on, but the hang tags must remain attached in order to return them. | |

How do I measure myself to determine bra size? |
|
|
| Bra size is determined by the difference between the circumference of your rib cage and the circumference of your bust line. To determine your size, measure around your rib cage at the place where your bra strap normally falls. This measurement becomes the number (32, 34, 36 etc.) of your bra size. If it is an odd number, round UP to the next even number. Then, measure around your breasts at their largest point. Subtract your rib cage measurement from your breast measurement to determine your cup size. Every inch of difference equals one cup size. For example, one inch of difference should fit an A cup, two inches should fit a B cup, and so forth. | |
