Can I return an item purchased at underneath.com? |

| Yes - if the item has not been
worn. We guarantee your satisfaction with the undergarments
we carry. If, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the
unworn
items with original packaging or hang tags for a complete refund or exchange. Undergarments are items of an intimate nature and cannot be returned if they have been
worn. Please note that returns or exchanges are not accepted for items purchased from our Closeout department. Sales of closeout items are final. |

What if an item that I ordered is out-of-stock? |
|
|
| Generally, we will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt. If we are out-of-stock of any item that you have ordered, we will hold your order if we anticipate delivery of the out-of-stock item within 1.5 weeks. Be aware that if you have chosen regular U.S. Mail (not Priority or Express) or International delivery methods, you may not be notified of a delay in the shipment of your order due to current order volumes we may be experiencing at the time. If, however, we do not anticipate delivery of an out-of-stock item within 1.5 weeks, we will notify you via e-mail of the situation and give you the option of holding your order until the arrival of the out-of-stock item or processing your order without the out-of-stock items and shipping the adjusted order promptly. If we do not receive a reply within 24 hours, we will adjust your order (subtracting the out of stock item), process it and ship it promptly. | |
