| We have worked hard to make the shopping experience at underneath.com as simple as possible. You can browse our store's selections by brand, by style (boxers, briefs, etc.). To Browse by Brand- Click the desired brand's logo in the appropriate section ("for him" or "for her") on the home page. This will take you to a page with images of the items we offer by that brand. To find out more about a particular item, click the item's image. This loads an "item information" page allowing you to see a larger image of the item, its price and any available options. From here, you can add the item to your shopping cart, or you may continue shopping by clicking the "shop more" button. To Browse by Style- Choose a style from the "Styles for him" and "Styles for her" sections on the front page. Like shopping by brand, you are taken to a page with images of each item we have in that particular style. The rest is the same as shopping by brand. | |

What is the "shopping cart" and how does it work? |

| The shopping cart is a software program integrated into our store which "holds" everything that you have chosen to order until you are ready to check-out. It calculates your order's total, applies any applicable discounts, and figures your shipping cost. It also collects your "bill to" and "ship to" addresses and accepts your credit card information if you choose to pay with one. Finally, the shopping cart assigns to your order a unique number when you complete the shopping process. To add an item to your cart, click any item's image to load the Item Information page. On this page, specify the desired quantity, size and color, etc. and click the "add to cart" button. To view the items in your shopping cart, click the "Your Shopping Cart" link (found on almost every page). | |

After I place items in my shopping cart, can I make changes? |

| Yes. You have the ability to change an item's quantity or remove an item altogether. To change a quantity, access your shopping cart and locate the item(s) whose quantity you want to change. Type the new quantity in the box containing the original quantity and click the "recalculate" button. To remove an item altogether, click the "remove" button to the right of the item you want to remove. There is no need to click the recalculate button - the shopping cart recalculates its contents automatically. If you want to change a particular item's attributes (size, color etc.), you will need to remove the item from the cart and go back to the brand or style page where that item appears and re-add the item with the new attributes. | |

When I submit an order, is my information protected (secure)? |

| Yes. underneath.com uses the latest in SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology to secure your personal information when submitting an order. To submit your order securely, click the "secure check-out" button when you are ready to proceed with check-out. Look for the "lock" or "key" symbol (varies according to the browser you are using) at the bottom of your browser's window. This will let you know that you are submitting your order securely using our server's secure connection. Be aware that some older browsers (prior to versions 3.0 for Netscape and Internet Explorer) may not be capable of displaying a secure connection - regardless of which on-line store you are shopping with. In this case, you should consider upgrading your browser. | |
